Esther joined Isler Northwest LLC in September of 2021 and currently serves as office manager.  Prior to that, she worked in the nonprofit sector coordinating facilities needs for programs providing housing for adults with substance abuse disorders and other mental illnesses.  Esther received her bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego.

Esther grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and has two fluffy cats. She loves to picnic in the park and eat lots of food in her free time.
