ISLER'S FAMILIES IN GOOD COMPANY / QUALITY SEAL OF APPROVAL AWARDS

Isler’s focus on the importance of balancing work and family is evidenced by our having been awarded the distinguished state-wide Families in Good Company Quality Seal of Approval. At the same time, Isler was separately selected for a Special Recognition Award for “excellence in flexible work arrangements”. Recipients of the Families in Good Company (FGC) Award represent the best family-friendly companies in Oregon. The Quality Seal of Approval is a recognition program developed by employers for employers to link work/family issues to the bottom line.

The selection panel, consisting of representatives of the FGC Partnership and Human Resource representatives from local businesses, considers uniqueness as well as overall leadership and commitment of each workplace to accommodate employee needs when balancing work and family.

Isler distinguished itself as a FGC Award recipient by "demonstrating broad strength across a number of areas, including flexible work arrangements, a strong financial benefit package, and assistance with dependent care."

Special Recognition Award recipients are selected because of excellence demonstrated in one particular area of family-friendly practices.
