All members of our professional team are encouraged to become familiar with what it takes to be a productive contributor to the firm's professional and financial goals. With these goals in mind, each professional team member is given the opportunity to tailor his or her own personal time away from the firm to suit individual needs. Because of this, our professional employees are not restricted by a predetermined personal leave allotment. 

It may seem a bit unstructured not to be given a set vacation schedule or not to be accountable for a certain amount of personal time away to take care of important individual or family needs. However, we believe our people are always aware of how to use their time to achieve an appropriate balance between meeting those personal needs and achieving individual and team professional goals. This policy allows our people to exercise personal judgment about their personal time, their personal responsibility, and their personal success.
