FIRST-RATE
TRAINING
You don't need a guidebook to tell you how often the laws and regulations change in this profession. What you do need is a source of training that can keep you up-to-date. We combine extensive on-the-job and in-house training that is designed to orient you to public accounting and to help you develop a variety of skills. On-the-job training is considered by Isler Northwest to be a vital aspect of each employee's personal development. As such, professionals are often assigned to work on a variety of jobs under different supervisors to maximize the on-the-job training experience. Our professionals also attend outside training in specific areas necessary for individual career and firm growth.
Each new staff member is assigned an Isler employee "buddy" that can be looked to for guidance, especially during their first few months with the Firm. Each buddy fosters the development of new staff members throughout their employment by helping their new colleagues become acquainted with Firm culture and procedures.
